KUALA LUMPUR – Guru-guru untuk program pembelajaran jawi al-Quran, bahasa Arab dan fardu ain (j-Qaf) semakin berkurangan di semua sekolah rendah di Malaysia. Presiden Kesatuan Guru-Guru Melayu Malaysia Barat, Mohamed Sabri Mohd. Arsad berkata, pihaknya menerima banyak aduan mengenainya.

“Purata biasa untuk tiga kelas ialah seorang guru j-Qaf tetapi di Pahang, contohnya, seorang guru terpaksa mengajar enam kelas berseorangan,” jelasnya kepada Kosmo! di sini semalam.Menurut Mohamed Sabri, kekurangan guru-guru itu membimbangkan kerana matlamat untuk program itu tidak akan tercapai sekiranya jumlah guru yang dibekalkan semakin berkurangan.

“Bayangkan, pada tahun ini hanya 1,500 orang guru j-Qaf ada di seluruh negara sedangkan saya dapat maklumat di Perak sahaja 400 guru diperlukan. Mana cukup dengan jumlah 1,500 orang itu untuk tahun ini?”katanya.Mohamed Sabri berkata, masalah itu mula berlaku sejak tahun 2009 dan ia semakin berlarutan sehingga kini.

Sejak tahun j-Qaf mula diperkenalkan pada 2004, ia telah diterima baik murid-murid di sekolah dan ia merupakan satu pembelajaran yang bermanfaat tetapi jika perkara ini terus berlarutan program itu akan jadi sia-sia.Katanya lagi, pihak kesatuan berharap Kementerian Pelajaran mengambil berat soal kekurangan guru itu agar pembelajaran murid-murid tidak terjejas.

• Responsible for maintaining an appropriate work conduct of Front Desk personnel.
• Assist in enforcement of club rules and regulations regarding member activities within the club facility.
• Conducting monthly stock check of the club suppliers such as stationeries/ club amenities/ laundry/ uniforms/ name tags/ printing materials.
• Assist in preparing working schedules for CSOs and coordinate with Operations Manager on regular intervals for any improvements and ensure CSOs to work with the Membership Consultants smoothly so as to increase the sales of memberships and minimize members' complaints.
• Daily monitor of booking forms and class schedules which are available at all times and ensure Aphelion system at the reception is running smoothly and to generate required reports.
• Responsible to upkeep and post current news/promotions/memos onto the club's notice board.
• * Interact with members to obtain feedback on services provided and report to Operations Manager for improvement of the club's services.
• Assist customers with their complaints and provide solutions to meet customer satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring that the club's environment is maintained according to established maintenance procedures.
• Assist in reviewing all CSOs disciplinary actions. Ensure their attitudes towards members are professional.
