Tugas jawatan

* Reporting to the local Branch Manager & ECR ATM Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the First –Line Maintenance (FLM )Branch Operation
* To ensure FLM operations are conducted and controlled in accordance with company policies, procedures and best practices within the standard SLA.
* To support the ECR ATM Manager in the development of best practices, compliances and drivers to specific cash related project as directed
* To enhance security, quality assurance (error-Free) and service response time
* To assist the operations team in conducting programmed security and branch inspection compliances by producing report and recommendations as directed
* To investigate and act on irregularities and non-conformances pertaining to FLM of the cash services
* To enforce rules and regulations in ensuring Zero defect in cash services
* To propose and implement solution on cost effectiveness for the entire operations.
* To maintain and coordinate the effectiveness of cash related operation for premises, vehicles, procedures, attack/loss management, etc.
* To conduct an investigation on cash discrepancy/shortage .
* To ensure zero cash outages
* To ensure low cash returns, i.e. 20%.
* To ensure proper staff monitoring and to control overtime cost.
* To ensure efficient utilization of available resources.
* To conduct surveillance and site inspection while team performing their duties on the fields
* To ensure all machines are in good condition and well taken care off by the menon the fields.

Kelayakan jawatan

* Preferably Diploma in Finance & Banking ,General Management or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years experience in call centre or operation management
* Demonstrable business linkage, customer service ,changes management experience
* Knowledge on ATM processing, risk assessment, bank security and cash processing are preferred.
* Take ownership for actions with appropriate planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
* Strong leadership and commitment in securing people trust and respect.
* Possess excellent analytical and investigation skill.
