Responsibilities:
* Management Associate shall undergo a 12 months Program. Through out the program, the Associates will be equipped with relevant technical and soft skills training, which include classroom training and Mentoring program at specific business units.
* The Management Associates will be undertaking project-based assignment on a quarterly basis of which the trainees will have to present their paper work to the Central Management Committee.
* The Management Associates will be continuously evaluated through their project’s presentations and other assignments given.
Requirements:
* Malaysian citizen who possess an MBA/Masters degree and/or Bachelors degree with at least second-class upper (minimum CGPA of 3.5) from a well-recognized university in any business-related field.
* High caliber and dynamic with excellent communications skills.
* Possess leadership qualities, a balanced and pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter, productive, robust, fast-learner and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Active involvement in extra-curricular activities and has assumed leadership positions.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
