COMPLEX ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
(Selangor)



Responsibilities:

* Experience in managing the overall building operations, maintenance, events activities, housekeeping services, complex security, leasing and tenancy of shop lot and retail spaces including tenancy administration as well as marketing.
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of Management
* Independent, Integrity, Initiative character is a must.
* Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Requirements:

* Diploma / Degree in Mass Marketing/Building Management or equivalent with 3 years working in retail/complex Management.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
