JOB OPPORTUNITIES


1.Support Engineers

Must be skilled in software support/development and hardware support/troubleshooting.
Knowledge of setting up, maintaining and managing Windows and Linux servers and applications is a must. Must possess database management and design skills for Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
Must be able to program in Visual Basic and ASP/ASP.Net/PHP. May be required to work long hours and weekends/holidays.

2.Customer Service Agents
Must possess excellent language skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Successful applicants will be required to answer phone calls as well as online enquiries from players and customers regarding all issues related to the games published by the company.
Customer Service Agents are also required to monitor/moderate the online forums as well as perform GM (Game Master) duties.
May be required to work long hours and weekends/holidays.

3. Web/Graphics Designer
Must posess excellent design skills in web design/development, multimedia content production (Flash) and designing product packaging and promotional materials such as boxes, posters and banners.
Must be able to design in English/Chinese/Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Language Translators
Must possess excellent knowledge in English and Mandarin (both Simplified and Traditional forms).
Need understanding of in-game terminology to assist in translation of scripts and various text. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

5.Quality Assurance Officers
Applicants must have good logical thinking skills and be able to think outside of the box in order to test new games, patches and websites/applications. May be required to work long hours and weekends/holidays.

6.Sales Executives
No prior experience required.
May be required to work long hours and weekends/holidays.
