Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/ Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role.

• Establish Inventory Management/Warehousing operational procedures in compliance to Maxis standards & requirement and conduct department and vendor's warehouse audit.
• Leading team to conduct warehousing operation and ensure compliance to processes
• Leading team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of physical stock against system.
• Main lead to advise warehouse space capacity against requirement.
• Power Users of SAP (Material Management Module) in SAP system and liaising with ISD consultant to make continous improvement concerning system issues.

• A degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Economics/Business Studies with a minimum 7 years working experience in Inventory Management (audit experience will also be an added advantage).
• Warehousing knowledge is essential with strong knowledge in Total SCM.
• Must be computer literate and strong SAP & ERP system knowledge.
• Must have good management skills.
• Must have knowledge in establising P&P and conducting audit on processes.
• Must have strong analysing and writing skills.

• To prepare management and statutory accounts for Maxis International Sdn Bhd.
• To oversee International Carrier Services Finance unit i.e. day to day and ad-hoc tasks, attending meetings, liaising with other departments like ISD, Tax etc.
• To attend to auditors queries and to ensure the completion of client audit schedules (CAS) and liaising with govt statutory bodies.
• To look into process improvement especially on Interconnect system, ensure internal controls process is in place, etc

• A degree/professional certificate in FinanceAccountancyBanking with minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience. (Telco back ground especially in International Carrier Services is an added advantage)
• Must have working experience in SAP, MS Excel, knowledge in Malaysian accounting standard (FRS ) and statutory reporting.
• Must be attentive to details especially when performing the operational tasks, deadline driven and committed to complete the tasks as requested by the management.
• Must be able to manage and lead a team.

• Full focus in supporting Enterprise Business Account Managers on all operation related matters
• Liaise directly with Person-in-charge (PIC) on all operation related issues
• Follow through all pending customer related cases until closure, ensure operation efficiency & according to Service Level Agreement
• Manage complex processes for mobile and fixed line services application & registration procedures for Maxis’ corporate customers
• Analyze customer’s transaction and present the service review report to key account clients
• Accompany Enterprise Business Account Manager during off-site meetings with Key Account Clients and prepare the required data & information for presentation purposes
• Manage & participate Road Shows & product promotion
• Proactively solicit customers’ input and understand customers’ needs
• Come up with Process Improvement Plan

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in banking particularly corporate customer division or operation
• Pleasant personality with passion to go the extra mile in servicing customers
• Ablity to work independently with very minimal supervision & resourceful

• Generate sales contract and perform complete Order Fulfilment Duties
• Provide superior after sales service

• Fresh graduates or diploma holders with 2 years of retails, sales, marketing or event promoter experience
• Degree or Diploma holders in Computer Science or IT are encourage to apply
• SPM leavers with at least 3 years of retail & sales experience can also be considered
• Possess strong selling skills with ability to convince & negotiate with customers effectively
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to conduct test and configuration on various IT devices

• Has the primary responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective, through proper management of resources and distribution of offerings and services to deliver distinctive customer experience.
