* Degree in Therapy Radiography from UKM

* Minimum 2 years' working experience in radiotherapy

Job Description

Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd (15872-P) is one of the leading trading houses in Malaysia that offers marketing, sales and distribution services. Owing to business expansion, we urgently seek suitable qualified and dynamic individuals to join our SKIN AND BEAUTYCARE PRODUCTS team based in various locations : ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AP) (based in Subang Jaya)

• Monitor credit term on trade creditors, inter-co & sundry invoices & processing payments

• Day to day operations covering sundry & trade creditor reconciliations, receipts managing account payable.

• Check & process expense claims, bank reconciliations, journal entries.

• Diploma or relevant qualification

• Relevant working experience in account payable

For the above position, candidates are required to :

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills,

• Be Computer literate, ability to work independently and willing to learn

• Possess own transport (except for Positions 4 & 5)

Job Interview Tips




• Do not smoke, chew gum, or eat garlic beforehand.

• Wear suitable interview clothes.

• Take copies of your CV with you.

• Arrive on time for your job interview.

• Any applications handed before the interview begins, are to be filled in as accurately as possible, make sure they match the information in your Cv and Cover Letter.

• Always greet the interviewer by his/her last name and try to pronounce it correctly.

• Have a good firm handshake.

• Look alert and interested. Scan the room once and then keep your eyes on the interviewer.

• Wait until you are offered a chair before you sit down.

• Stress your achievements.

• Always conduct yourself professionally and if something beyond your control occurs, show a sense of humor.

• Be enthusiastic and show it in your replies and body language.

• Answer the interview question by more than a simple yes or no but try not to go over the 60 second limit.

• Avoid at all cost complaining about your current or former employer in your job interview.

• Do not answer questions about politics or religion if the job is completely unrelated.

• Do not raise salary discussions on your first interview - this is usually done on the second interview. Make sure you do your wage research before hand.

How to Find a Job

1.Network
Think of all the people you know -- relatives, friends, teachers, classmates, old co-workers, and others.

2.Targeted job search and Resume
Make sure your resume is targeted to the employers who are receiving it.

3.Be prepared
You should always have a copy of your resume on you at all times! You never know who you are going to run into while you're out.

4.Create a contact database
Write down all the employers that you contact along with the ones that contacted you.

5.Learn how to talk about yourself
I know for some of you this is a hard concept, but you have to get comfortable with it, if you are going to land a job.

6.Prepare a speech
You never know who you'll meet in an elevator, in line at the coffee shop, or on the street.

7.Find out all there is about the employers in your field
This means research!Try to remain current on all the issues or developments in your field, read trade journals, professional publications, or the newspaper.

8.Follow-up with leads immediately
I cannot stress this enough. If you find out about a position late in the day, call right then. Don't wait until the next day.
