Job Description:

You will be part of a productive team responsible for development and maintenance of our software products. You will work within an enterprise environment with state-of-art technologies.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least an Advance / Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
2. Required/preferable skill(s): Internet knowledge, XML, Visual Basic, PHP, Java, database server and open source.
3. Familiar with database knowledge such as RDBMS, DB2, MYSQL and Oracle.
4. Knowledge of Financial Industry will be an added advantage but not essential.
5. Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants with strong interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
6. Able to work well independently and collaboratively with people at various levels.
7. Possess positive attitude, initiative & drive..
8. Must have strong communicational skills, written and verbal, coupled with excellent interpersonal and presentation attributes

Required Skills and Experience

 Degree/Master in computer science or any IT related fields with at least 5 years of project management
experience.
 Excellent Communication, Writing and Interpersonal Skills
 Experience in overall project management including Project scope determination, Software and vendor
evaluation and selection, Project cost estimation, Justification and capital appropriation, Project planning
and scheduling, Project Go-Live and Maintenance, Operations & Support.
 Strong leadership ability; ability to act as the team coach and effectively transfer knowledge to others as
required through formal or informal training.
 Functional knowledge of Hospital Information System modules would be an added advantage
 Able to negotiate with clients on terms and conditions.
 Able to control scopes in a fair manner for both client and vendors.
 Understanding all business processes and integration point within a project. Able to foresee any up
coming issues and come out with preventive measures.
 Able to discuss basic/ high level requirements on all modules with the client.
 Willing to travel.


Responsibilities
 Responsible in leading the project and team to achieve on-time delivery of the project within budget,
schedule, quality and scope requirements.
 Manage client relationships.
 plan and manage all project resources and activities
 manage project scope
 define and deliver the project management plan
 plan for the staffing of the project team
 manage the sub-contractors;
 Prepare working paper as necessary and present to client and management
 Hold regular project meetings to review the progress of the project, and provide monthly progress report
to assure successful, on-time delivery and completion of the project.

MODENAS manpower generally comes from adjacent regions. Before assembly operations commenced , 200 MODENAS engineers and operators were sent to Japan for training.

When operations began, the number of staff had swelled to 700 people, the majority being production operators. At the peak of production in 1997, almost 1000 people were employed in MODENAS.
